Overview
You can manage your eHopper account status and payment/billing details by directly editing or adjusting your payment methods and credit card data in your eHopper Back Office.
Manage eHopper Account Status
A) Change eHopper Package
1. Log in to your Back Office and in the left navigation menu, go to Settings-->Billing
2. Next to Current Package, select the blue Manage button.
3. Select the Change Package button.
4. You will be taken to the Change Package screen. Choose the eHopper package you would like to change to by selecting to either Upgrade or Downgrade next to the package type.
B) Cancel eHopper Account
1. Log in to your Back Office and in the left navigation menu, go to Settings-->Billing
2. Next to Current Package, select the blue Manage button.
3. Select Deactivate Account.
- Your eHopper account will be canceled and your charges will not continue.
- Note: If you installed the eHopper app on a Poynt device, directly from the Poynt App Store, you will need to unsubscribe from the eHopper app on the Poynt in order to end your billing from the Poynt end (as Poynt controls the monthly billing in these cases). Manage Payment Methods
A) Add Payment Method
1. Log in to your Back Office and in the left navigation menu, go to Settings-->Billing
2. Next to Payment methods, select the blue Add button.
3. Enter the fields in the New payment method popup and then select the Save button.
- Your new card's info should now appear on the Billing screen.
B) Edit Payment Method
1. Log in to your Back Office and in the left navigation menu, go to Settings-->Billing
2. Under Payment methods, use the blue scroll bar to scroll to the right until you see the Edit field. Then, select the Edit button.
3. On the New payment method popup, enter any edits you would like to make to any of the fields and then click the Save button. To delete the payment method completely, select the Delete button.
- The updated payment method info should now appear on the Billing screen.
