Troubleshooting for Closing Batch, Orders, and Tips

If after attempting to close orders or your batch in the Tips section of POS, a red shield with an exclamation mark appears, this is most likely because there are orders that were processed on other register(s). In order to successfully close all the orders and tips displayed, you will need to close the orders on each individual device/register where specific orders were processed.
