1. Loyalty Program

  • Increase sales and repeat business by allowing customers to earn loyalty points and redeem rewards.
  • Set up loyalty rules to have customers either gain points per visit or a specified amount spent

  • Enable point information to appear on customer receipts

 

  • View loyalty reporting

 

2. Generate Customer Codes to Speed Up Orders and Customer Tracking

  • Create unique Customer Codes and assign each of them to a customer for improved customer tracking
  • Provide each customer with a unique loyalty card with their customer code and scan the card to easily find the customer in the system (to assign to order or find their information/purchase history)

3. Receive a Daily Sales Report

  • Receive a daily sales reports on your company performance via email.

4. Cash Drawer Control

  • Prevent employee theft by restricting salespeople from opening the cash drawer when a transaction is not occurring or from performing Payins and Payouts in the register. 

 

5. Faster Customer Creation and Edits

  • There are now no required fields to save customer information, so you can add new customers and process sales faster.

  • Easily view or edit data on newly created or pre-existing customers by them automatically appearing on the top of the customer list, after selecting them for an order.

6. Import Inventory Files that were Exported and Edited, for Faster Inventory Management

  • Save time on inventory changes by importing edits that were made directly in exported inventory files

 

 

7. Print Employee (Server) Name on Kitchen Receipt

  • Employee (server) name can now be printed on kitchen receipts, so orders can quickly be given to the correct employee, to expedite service. 

 

8. View Product Modifers and Matrix Variants in Order Details Export

  • The Order Details export now displays the modifiers and matrix variants that were selected for each order.

 

 

9. Assign Order to Either the Employee Who Created or Closed the Order 

  • You now have the option of assigning an order to either the employee who created or completed the order, for fairer tip distribution and improved record keeping. 

 

 10. Add Custom Media to Customer Display Screen
