1. Time-Based Sales Reporting

  • You can now filter the Product Mix Report by time-range to see how your products are selling during specific ranges of time within a day. 
  • Maximize profits by analyzing when in a day certain products sell the best and worst and making adjustments to your marketing, sales force, and inventory numbers accordingly.

 

2. Turn Off Print Receipt Option by Default on Receipt Screen

  • If you generally do not print receipts, you can now have the Print Receipt option turned off by default on the Receipt screen, so you do not have to turn it off each time a transaction occurs, saving time and preventing printing unwanted receipts by mistake. 

 

3. Process Credit Card Payments in Canada

  • Canadian Freedom customers can speed up their sales by processing fully integrated credit and debit card payments with eHopper via payment gateways, such as Moneris and Dejavoo. 
  • Refunds and voids are also fully integrated.

4. Limit Number of Products in Each Category for Faster Access

  • You can limit the number of products that appear in each category in POS, so that you can more quickly access the most sold items. This will speed up the performance of POS as well.

 

  • The products in each category that will not appear can still be added to customers' shopping carts via a search or scan.  

 

5. Unblock Register Via Email When Logging in to POS

  • When your register gets blocked when trying to log in to POS, you can now unblock it via email, instead of having to do so in Back Office (which salespeople are unable to access).

 

6. When Reprinting Kitchen Receipts of Saved Orders, Deleted Items will be Marked

  • If a kitchen receipt was already printed and the customer decided they no longer want an item in their order, the reprinted kitchen receipt will mark the item as deleted, so the kitchen staff will know not to prepare it. 

 

7. Employee Permissions for Cancelling Saved Orders

  • You can now restrict your salespeople from cancelling saved orders, preventing employee error and orders being deleted by mistake. 

 

 

8. Filters Saved on Orders Screen When Returning from Order Details in Back Office

  • Filters will now be saved from the Orders screen after viewing a specific order's Order Details, saving time, so you will not have to configure the same filters more than once. 

 

9. PIN # Can Be Made Visible on Employee Details Screen

  • Administrators are now able to view their various employees' PIN numbers (in case they forgot it) on their respective Employee Details screens. 

 

 

10. Directly Refund/Void Authorize.net, Paypal, and Stripe Transactions from eCommerce Via POS 

  • Instead of having to refund and void Authorize.net, Paypal, and Stripe transactions on your eCommerce site, you will now be able to do so in POS directly.
