1. Send Each Product to a Specified Kitchen Printer

  • Name your various kitchen receipt printers and decide which products you would like to print to each one.  

  • Each product can be customized to be sent to all, multiple, or one kitchen receipt printer.  

  • If you have multiple stores, each product can be assigned to the same kitchen printer in each store or to different kitchen printers in each. 
  • Decide which named kitchen printers to set up in POS.

2. For Saved Orders, Only Print Receipts with Added/Updated Items to Kitchen Printer 

  • If you printed a kitchen receipt for a saved order and then the customer adds new items or updates existing items from the order, you can decide to only print those updates when reprinting that order's kitchen receipt.
  • Prevents confusion and the possibility of your chef preparing duplicate items from the same order. 

 

 

3. Add Space on Top of Kitchen Receipts for Displaying on Ticket Rack  

  • Option to add a blank space on top of kitchen receipts, so they can be displayed in ticket racks.

 

 

4. New Employee Permissions

A. Permissions for Voids, Refunds, and Exchanges 

  • Ability to restrict employees with Salesperson roles from performing refunds, voids, and exchange transactions. 

 

B. Permissions for Purchase Orders, Store Transfers, and Inventory Adjustments

  • You can now also enable salespersons to perform purchase orders, store transfers, and/or inventory adjustments for the stores they are assigned to (they will be restricted from everything else in Back Office). 

 

5. Manage Customers in Back Office

  • There is now the ability to create, edit, view, and delete customers from Back Office.

6. Display Different Products in Each Store

  • You can now select which store(s) you would like to sell each product in.

  • This data can also be imported and exported for each product. 

 

7. Customer Screen Integration on All-in-One Device

  • The All-in-One device now integrates with a customer-facing screen that displays items added to the shopping cart and order information to customers, during checkout.
  • Customized photos can also be displayed on the customer-facing screen. 

 

8. Compatibility with Bixolon Q302 Receipt Printer

  • Integrates with our compatible iPads, Androids, and PC's. 

 

9. Export Order Details

  • You can now export Order Details for multiple orders simultaneously, including info on each item sold and item prices, discounts, and quantities. 

 

10. New Filters Added to Transactions Report 

  • You can now filter your transactions by Order Type (Dine In, Take Out, Delivery, Drive Thru, Quick Sale, Refund, and Manual Sale) and by Order Source (only if using eCommerce), with  options of POS, Online, or All.

 

11. Create/Save Customers During Transactions

  • You can now create new customers and save their email address during transactions, when sending them receipts via email.

 

12. Print/Reprint Kitchen Receipts After the Order 

  • You can now print and reprint kitchen receipts after a transaction is saved or processed, from the Order Details screen. 

 

13. Totals Added in Store Transfer, PO Receiving and Adjustment Reports

  • "Total Qty" and "Total Cost" columns added to PO Receiving and Store Transfer Reports.

  • "Total Cost" and "Delta" columns added to Inventory Adjustment Report.
  • In addition, a confirmation box will appear when performing purchase orders that displays the total cost of the order. 

 

14. Vendor and Cost Info Saved for Item after Updated in PO Receiving 

  • The vendor selected and cost inputted for an item in PO Receiving will be saved as the primary vendor and cost of that item in its Product Details.
  • The values will be saved if cost and vendor were not previously entered for the product and if previous values existed (they will be overwritten). 

 

15. Signatures Included in Email Receipts

  • Signatures from transactions now appear in email receipts sent from the Order Details screen.
