1. eCommerce and Online Ordering 

Note: Available for both Essential and Freedom customers.

  • If you are already using an eCommerce site, we are able to map the URL to our Ecommerce webpage. 
  • More than one store can be mapped to the eCommerce site, and when items from one store are sold online, their stock will be deducted from correct account/store in eHopper.
  • Products and their images, pricing info, stock quantities, customers, taxes, product modifiers and matrix variants, order type, and much more sync from eHopper to eCommerce and vice versa.

 

 

  • Decide for each product (except serial items) if you would it like to sync it with eCommerce (this data can also be imported in the inventory import). 
  • Transactions/orders sync from Ecommerce to eHopper automatically, where they can be reviewed, refunded, or voided. 
  • Credit card payments on Ecommerce can be processed via Authorize.net or Stripe (covering almost all cards) and will appear in eHopper as an external payment. 
  • Merchants can choose to either pay online or pay in the store on eCommerce (in which case, it will save in eHopper as a saved order).

 

  • Includes SEO apps and marketing capabilities

2. Cash Rounding

  • Choose to round cash payments to the nearest  5, 10, 15, or 20 cents and create specific rounding rules, such as always rounding up or down.

 

  • Rounded amount appears under Amount due and in order Totals section, along with the rounding info for cash payments (including when cash used as tender in split payments as well).

 

  • Rounding info also appears on the Order Details screen and Z Report in Box Office and POS.

  • Rounding integrates with Quickbooks Online as well.

3. Canceling Saved Orders

  • Saved orders can now be canceled via a Cancel button that appears on their Order Details screens. When selected, the order will be deleted on both POS and Back Office.

  • Items from canceled saved orders will be added back to the stock quantity for each of those items.
  • If a saved order is reopened and items are added or deleted, the quantity of those items will also either be added or deducted to the stock. 

 

4. Modifiers and Matrix Variants Appear on Order Details Screen

  • Modifiers or matrix variants added to items in an order will now appear on the Order Details screen under the corresponding items.

5. More Customized Low Stock Alert Emails

  • Minimum quantity notification emails can now optionally include an attached .csv report and/or PDF report of the low stock information provided in the emails.

6. Filter Items in PO Receiving by Vendor

  • When updating quantities of items in PO Receiving, you can now filter a store's items by vendor, so it will be faster and easier to find each item you received from that vendor.

 

7. Quantity on Hand Column Added to PO Receiving/Store Transfer/Adjustment Details Reports

  • A Quantity on Hand column now displays the quantity of stock on hand for each item at the moment they were received, transferred, or adjusted.

 

  • The info will also be added to the exported .csv file.

 

8. Order Notes Appear in Transactions Report

  • The exported Transactions Report now has an Order Notes column, where notes entered for each order that was processed in the specified time frame will appear. 

 

9. Search Customers and Orders by Mobile Phone

  • Customers and customer orders can now be searched by the customer's mobile phone, in addition to their main phone number.

 

 

10. New Units of Measurement Added 

  • The following units of measurement can now be used to sell and track products and ingredients by. 
    • Meter (m)
    • Kilometer (km)
    • Decimeter (dm)
    • Centimeter (cm)
    • Millimeter (mm)
    • Centiliter (cl)
    • Nip (np)
    • Milliliter (ml)
    • Middy (md)
    • Schooner (sc)
    • Keg (keg)

 

11. View Register and User Logged in as in POS

  • In POS Settings, you can now view the account details of the register you are currently logged in to, including the Register Name and Current Employee
