Setting up Printer

  1. Open eHopper WEB POS.
  2. Click/tap ‘Printer Setup’ item in left navigation menu.
  3. On the Printer Setup page, input the URL of the Device Center into the field labeled Device Center Address and Security Key to access the Device Center in the Security Key field. The URL of the Device Center and Security Key can be viewed on the main screen of the Device Center application.
  4. Click/Tap on ‘Search for Printer’.
  5. User will be shown the list of Receipt and Kitchen Receipt Printers that can be utilize via Device Center.
  6. Select Printers you want to use as Receipt Printers and select Printers you want to use as Kitchen Receipt Printers. For each selected printer, define the paper width, either 58mm or 80mm
  7. Click/Tap the ‘Print Test Page’ link for each selected printer to check printer is setup correctly.

Setting Up Cash Drawer

  1. Open eHopper WEB POS. To do this open the URL in Chrome Browser.
  2. Click/tap ‘Cash Drawer Setup’ item in left navigation menu.
  3. On the Cash Drawer Setup page, input the URL of Device Center into the field Device Center Address and Security Key, which places Device Center into the field Security Key. The URL of Device Center and Security Key can be viewed on the main screen of the Device Center application.
  4. Click/Tap ‘Search for Cash Drawer’.
  5. User will be shown the list of Cash Drawers that can be accessed via Device Center.

  6. Select theCash Drawer you wish to use in POS.


  7. Click/Tap ‘Test’ link to check that the Cash Drawer is setup correctly.
