Setting Up Printers and Cash Drawer on Windows Device

Follow

eHopper Windows POS operates printers and cash drawers via Device Center.

About Device Center

Windows users cannot configure printers and cash drawers directly on eHopper POS. They have to first set them up via Device Center.

Device Center is a Windows application that allows merchants to set up any Windows compatible printers and cash drawers in eHopper POS. Once Device Center is installed on a Windows device, it shares the equipment connected to the device with eHopper POS.

When you want to print a receipt or open your cash drawer through eHopper, a request is sent to Device Center, which then redirects the command to the target equipment.
