You will need to periodically sync your data in POS in order for it to be saved/updated.
You should synchronize data when:
A) Any changes are made in Back Office
B) You are back online after operating POS offline.
To Sync Data:
Either: A) Click on 'Sync' on the top right corner of the screen
B) Select 'Synchronization' in the left navigation menu.
- You can continue to operate eHopper POS when there is no connection to the cloud server.
- When offline, you can perform all operations except those that involve a credit card.
- The indication in the right upper corner shows the status of your connection to the cloud server. When connection is on, the indication will be green. When connection is off, the indication will be red.
- After your connection is back online, initiate synchronization to sync with cloud.
