Unblocking Your Account


After 5 unsuccessful login attempts, a message will pop up informing you that you have been blocked out of Back Office. However, the message will also allow you to authorize to be sent an email to unblock it.

  • Simply click on 'here' where it says, "To unblock Back Office, click here." 


  • You will be sent to a new screen where you will enter your email and then click the 'Unblock' button.  


  • You should then receive an email with a link that will unblock your account.
