1. Improved Interface and Usability 

  • New shopping cart design 

 

  • Tabs for editing product attributes, such as  'Quantity,' 'Price, 'Discount,' and 'Modifiers,'  are now all in one row, allowing for more efficient sales transactions. 

 

  • New page for choosing payment method option

 

  • New layout for 'Order Details' screen

 

2. EBT Card Support

  • New app available to enable EBT Cards as a payment method.

 

  • Options available for Food Stamps and Cash Benefits 

 

3. New Community Forum

  • Accessible through the Back Office left navigation menu and on the Dashboard.

 

  • Select the relevant topic that you would like to discuss or read about.

  • Collaborate with others in posting questions or comments related to either eHopper or the best business practices. eHopper staff will also participate in the discussions.

4. Ability to Unblock Back Office Via Email

  • If you are blocked out of Back Office due to too many log in attempts, you can now authorize to be sent an email to unblock it. 

 

 

5. Serial Numbers Tracked with Products

  • In the Product Mix Report, there is now a drop-down menu next to each serial item where you could see the item's corresponding serial number. The serial numbers will also appear in the exported report. 

  • Serial numbers of items will also appear on the 'Order Details' pages in POS and Back Office and in the 'Store Transfer Report.'

6. Build Inventory Matrix when Importing Inventory

  • A few fields have been added to the template for importing inventory for those building an inventory matrix. They are “Product Type,” “Option Name” ("attribute name"), and “Option Values” ("attribute values").

7. Provide Customer Support with Temporary Access to Account

  • If you are having issues with your account, you can send a temporary password to eHopper customer support, providing them with access to your account for one hour.

8. Adjustment to Time Clock Format

  • Employee's hours will now be displayed as specific minutes and hours, such as an 1:30 (an hour and 30 minutes), as opposed to 1.5 hours.

9. Additional Functions in Tax Report

  • Filter and group by 'Tax Agency'
  • Can sort columns
