When assigning product types, first select which type you to place the item under.
Inventory - represents a standard, quantifiable, and trackable item.
Non-Inventory - An item that is used for services, not hard goods. These items cannot have their quantities adjusted, nor can they be added through PO Receiving or Store Transfer.
Serialized - Products that are stocked and sold with a specific serial number. When selected, a tab named "Serials" will appear which allows you to add serial numbers to eHopper POS.
Type in a serial number and select +. Once completed, select Done to save your changes.
Note: If you have the PO Receiving app enabled, you can only manage your inventory with the PO Receiving and Inventory Adjustment functions, which will render you unable to to adjust item quantities.
